I was born and raised in Massachusetts for 21 years. I lived in the Bay Area of San Francisco for 20 years where I raised my daughter and began my career in Real Estate. In 1998, I moved to Hawaii and continued my Real Estate career in sales and.in 2006, I received my Broker License.
I started with a small company in Captain Cook and then transferred to Clark Realty Corp. in Keauhou and for the next 5 years I sold Alii Drive condos. It was a great introduction to Hawaii Real Estate.
I live in the South Kona area just above the National Park and Kealakekua Bay and I focus selling and listing property throughout the Kona/Kohala Coast.
I am currently the Principal Broker of Coldwell Banker Maryl Realty and oversee 20+ agents as well as listing and selling property.

Assisting Realtors and members of our community to resolve disputes in an amicable manner is of great importance to me. It helps to ensure that our Realtor members are dealing both professionally and ethically within our industry.
I walk daily, love to grow my own herbs and greens as well as many exotic plants, and I take time weekly to hit the beach and enjoy the wonderful water of the islands.
I believe the following “testimonials” received by a satisfied customers sums up my style of Real Estate.
“I continued to feel especially cared for in this whole unfamiliar process. Especially when I am in California, trying to do it all long distance. Thank you, Linda, for your knowledge, expertise and care. I don’t know how we could have done all this as successfully without you! You truly embody Aloha!

When items become unfavorable to you, she will work through the process with you to meet a reasonable outcome for all concerned parties. If Linda does not agree with you, she will give you her opinion and the reason for her idea. It will be an open discussion with the main purpose of getting the job done, fair and equitable. Mary Ellen and I have moved many times in my career with “Corporate America” and I can honestly say that Linda was without a doubt the “Best Realtor” we have ever encountered. Linda is the “Full Deal”!
